How it develops

It opens on a boozy, tropical lift, rum and pineapple sweetened further by davana and warmed by a thread of saffron. As that fruit settles, musk and May rose move in, softening the spice into something rounder and less sharp. The drydown turns earthy and dry, moss and cypriol oil laid under sandalwood, amber, and vanilla, so the fruit-and-saffron opening ends in a grounded, slightly resinous woods base rather than fading into sweetness.
