Fragrance structure
How it develops
Orange and grapefruit open it, bitter-edged rather than sweet, with black pepper prickling underneath almost immediately. The citrus does not so much fade as get pulled downward: a cool, struck-stone mineral facet and geranium's green sharpness take hold, and the fragrance turns from bright to grounded within the first half hour. Vetiver and cedar carry the long middle, and benzoin softens the finish just enough to keep the dry patchouli-wood base from going austere.

DUA is not simply targeting current Terre d’Hermès EDT; it claims a vintage formulation interpretation. Current Hermès page should be treated as identity support, not formula proof.Discovery
