Fragrance structure
How it develops
It opens with a brief, almost misleading lift, lavender over tangerine and bergamot, herbal and clean for a minute or two before the warmth arrives. Cinnamon and clove push through next, and the spice carries the whole transition, sweetening rather than sharpening as vanilla and tonka rise underneath. From there it barely moves: musk, amber and soft woods hold a long plateau where the spice melts slowly into the sweetness and the musk turns steadily more skin-like.
