How it develops
It opens loud: a thick, nearly jammy passion fruit accord with saffron's metallic, leathery edge already pushing through it, and Turkish rose lending dark floral weight underneath. The fruit stays vivid far longer than fruit usually manages. Oud and patchouli then rise from below and turn that sweetness smoky, with benzoin softening the seam between them. The base is leather, akigalawood and labdanum — dry, animalic, resinous — while vanilla keeps one thread of the opening alive.
