How it develops
It opens sticky and golden: honey arrives immediately and unmistakably, with clove and anise cutting into the sweetness so the top never collapses into syrup. Tobacco surfaces early, dry and leafy against that sweetness, while vanilla and tonka move in beneath to round the spice off. Sesame lends a faint toasted, nutty edge through the heart. The long drydown trades sweetness for wood, with oud and sandalwood giving the honey something firm to rest on.
