How it develops
The opening is cold and green: lemon verbena over a bitter leafy snap, more crushed stem than fruit, with iris already lending a powdery grey coolness underneath. Within the hour violet leaf takes over, joined by geranium and lavender that give the middle a shaved, barbershop cleanliness. From there it dries steadily into sandalwood and cedar, oakmoss adding a faint mineral bitterness while a soft musk closes everything quietly in around it.
