Fragrance structure
How it develops
The opening is startlingly green and sharp, crushed Thai basil with Timut pepper's grapefruit-tinged bite, more herb garden than perfume for the first several minutes. That greenness thins quickly and the woods take over, Akigalawood's peppery, faintly oud-like facet layered over dry Haitian vetiver and earthy patchouli. From there it barely changes. The last long stretch is a clean, mineral-woody hum that projects steadily and refuses to fade out.
