How it develops
Rosemary, mandarin, and bergamot open with a bright aromatic snap that quickly acquires a dark, resinous edge. Oud and vetiver then emerge together, their dry earthiness giving the heart an unmistakably smoky-woody gravity without losing the citrus top entirely. In the drydown, amber and musk soften the roughness and pull the composition close to skin. The arc moves from clean heat to shadowed wood, never becoming sugary or decorative.
