How it develops
Bergamot, rosemary, and violet leaf open with a cool aromatic flash, brighter and wetter than the original Interlude's harsher start. Orris, amber, frankincense, cistus, myrrh, and vanilla build the heart, giving the smoke a powdery, buttery center. The drydown moves quickly into leather, agarwood smoke, patchouli, sandalwood, and cedarwood, preserving the dark resin while making the wood feel more immediate and composed.
